Job summary

RAJ Sports is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to lead hands-on maintenance for our brand-new dual-sport Performance Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will oversee safe, efficient building operations, drive preventive maintenance, and manage BAS and CMMS workflows to support high-performance environments for players and staff.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial facility maintenance, deep knowledge of MEP systems, and the ability to mentor a maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial or large-scale facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Licensure or training related to facility operations or mechanical systems preferred.
• Understanding of OSHA, Electrical Code, Fire Code, Building Code, and ADA requirements.
• Experience with building operations and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on MEP systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Prioritize service requests using CMMS and assign work to in-house staff or contractors.
• Complete work orders promptly with diagnostic and repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor BAS to optimize scheduling and comfort for players and staff.
• Track utility usage to support efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain CMMS records for work orders, inventory, and expenses.
• Plan and oversee projects and contractors for major building systems.
• Mentor and develop maintenance staff for safety and accountability.
