Job summary

Rose Valley Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to organize and direct the maintenance and repair program for buildings and grounds. This role coordinates activities with other departments and oversees tasks from scheduling to execution.

The candidate will supervise maintenance staff, review costs, ensure code compliance and safety, and manage supplies and equipment for the department. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or technical school required.
• At least two years' experience in maintenance and various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of state and local codes and OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, supervises and/or performs maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds upkeep.
• Schedules repair and preventive maintenance, replacements and new installations.
• Advises Community Manager on maintenance and repairs of structures, equipment and grounds.
• Instructs and supervises maintenance staff and allocates duties.
