Job summary

RAJ Sports is seeking a Sr. Director of Operations to oversee Facilities, Security and IT at our Portland-area venues, including a new dual-sport Performance Center in Hillsboro, OR. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver scalable, compliant operations across locations.

The role requires strategic planning, budget leadership, and a proven track record in multi-site facilities, security, and IT, guiding a three-direct-report team and driving efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in operations leadership with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Proven multi-site facilities, security, and IT oversight.
• Strong financial management, budget and cost optimization.
• Experience with enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and IT infra.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategies for facilities, security, and IT operations.
• Establish policies, standards, and best practices, incl. EAP and Safety Training.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operations.
• Oversee management and maintenance of facilities and venues.
• Lead security strategies, access control, and crisis plans.
• Provide strategic oversight of third-party IT operations and cloud initiatives.
