Job summary
Edwards US – Hillsboro OR is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations at the Hillsboro facility. You will serve as a technical generalist and primary point of coordination for maintenance activities, contractor services, preventive maintenance programs, and site infrastructure systems.
The ideal candidate has a technical background in industrial facilities maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple service providers
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent military/trade training preferred.
- Minimum 4 years in industrial or commercial facilities maintenance.
- Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and facility infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and utilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for facility systems.
- Plan, schedule, and track maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Monitor building conditions, grounds, and critical utilities.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure safe, compliant work.
- Manage landscaping, janitorial, HVAC, fire protection, and utility contractors.
