Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Manager to keep operations smooth across restaurant locations in the Bay Area. The role is hands-on, requiring you to handle maintenance, coordinate vendors, and keep equipment in top shape.

You will be visiting sites, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring preventative maintenance and records are up to date. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• 2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience across multiple locations.
• Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, furniture repairs, and general maintenance.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Organized and able to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Practical, reliable person who likes getting things sorted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventative maintenance across all locations and company vehicles.
• Assist with repairs and coordinate outside vendors when needed.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers while monitoring costs.
• Ensure equipment, cameras, alarms, and access systems are functioning properly.
• Regularly visit locations, spot issues early, and keep maintenance records and procedures up to date.

We're working with a growing restaurant group looking for a Facilities Manager to keep things running smoothly across their locations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes variety and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll be out at the restaurants, dealing with maintenance issues, working with vendors, keeping equipment in shape, and making sure small problems don't turn into big ones.

About You
