Job summary

Coborn’s Inc. is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to own the operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of our facility and grounds in Minnesota.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, manage contractors, and coordinate preventative maintenance to protect company assets and support a safe, welcoming workplace for employees and visitors. We value problem solvers who take initiative, work independently, and build strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in facilities management.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess a current state driver’s license and ability to travel to business locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day facility operation, maintenance, and overall appearance of the facility.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Monitor contractor work to ensure projects and services meet company expectations.
• Oversee exterior property maintenance including parking lots, landscaping, and seasonal services.
• Help ensure safety and compliance with applicable codes and company policies.
