Job summary

GOLFTEC Enterprises seeks a Facilities Manager for its Englewood, CO headquarters. This role oversees the upkeep of 180+ locations in the US using an internal ticketing system and coordinates with on-site teams to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will handle maintenance requests, negotiate with vendors, ensure timely projects, and align with our policies while supporting a fast-paced environment. A strong communicator with hands-on approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for facility requests and ensure timely repairs.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to maintain 2500–3000 sq ft facilities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communications with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Drive multiple projects by identifying needs, measuring progress, and adjusting plans.
• Uphold company policies, ethics, and operational standards.
• Evaluate ongoing programs to meet business needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
