Job summary

GOLFTEC is seeking a Facilities Manager for on-site work at our Englewood, CO headquarters. You will manage upkeep for 180+ locations across the US using our internal ticketing system and coordinate with on-site teams.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting and vendor negotiation skills, plus the ability to lead repairs and facilities projects. A passion for golf is a plus and benefits include health, retirement, and education support.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, hands-on attitude for a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated prioritization and multi-tasking ability.
• Budget-minded with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Capable of minor facility repairs.
• Knowledge of construction or facilities management helpful.
• Passion for golf is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for facility requests and coordinate repairs with internal or external teams.
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors to optimize costs for US facilities.
• Communicate with internal departments, staff, vendors, and contractors on projects.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination and clear communication within the team.
• Drive multiple business plans by identifying needs, measuring progress, and adjusting plans.
• Promote company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity.
• Evaluate ongoing plans and initiatives to meet business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
