GOLFTEC Enterprises is seeking a Facilities Manager at our Englewood, CO headquarters to oversee upkeep for 180+ US locations using an internal ticketing system. You will coordinate repairs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely, quality work while supporting company ethics and growth.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000-$70,000 with an annual bonus, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and education allowance.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

GOLFTEC is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our growing team at our headquarters in Englewood, CO. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the upkeep of our 180+ locations across the US using our internal ticketing system and communicating with our on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related service requests, coordinating timely repairs and maintenance through internal resources or external vendors, and following through to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations.
• Negotiating with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance items within our 2500-3000 sq ft facilities across the US to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Essential communication with internal departments, exterior staff, vendors, and contractors to complete projects
• Ensures effective cross-functional team coordination and communications within and outside the team.
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, measuring progress, and adjusting accordingly, developing contingency plans, and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
• Other assigned duties as needed.
