GOLFTEC Enterprises is seeking a Facilities Manager at our Englewood, CO headquarters to oversee upkeep for 180+ US locations using an internal ticketing system. You will coordinate repairs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely, quality work while supporting company ethics and growth.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000-$70,000 with an annual bonus, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and education allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, hands-on attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a growing company.
• Demonstrated prioritization skills.
• Budget minded with strong negotiation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Capable of making minor repairs to facilities
• Construction knowledge
• Passion for golf is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related service requests, coordinating timely repairs and maintenance.
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, on-site staff, vendors and contractors on projects.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination and clear communications within and outside the team.
• Drive multiple projects by identifying needs, measuring progress and adjusting plans.
• Promote and uphold company policies, ethics and integrity.
• Evaluate ongoing plans and initiatives to meet business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
