Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a multi-site maintenance team in the United States. You will oversee building operations, safety, and equipment upkeep while managing budgets and inventory.

You will coach the Facilities team, ensure training, and align with Topgolf Core Values. A journeyman HVAC or electrical certificate and leadership experience are preferred; the role requires physical stamina and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue.
• Experience building a team is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or Electrical journeyman level experience.
• Knowledge of welding and soldering techniques.
• Building maintenance/construction knowledge.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
• Energy and enthusiasm, integrity, and adaptability.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver ladders/stairs; diverse shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on building and grounds maintenance with the Operations team.
• Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems.
• Control department budgets and spending.
• Monitor spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Coach and develop the Facilities team and drive Associate engagement.
• Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring.
• Ensure Associates and Porters are trained, equipped, and engaged.
• Delegate and follow-up on task completion.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
