Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of local facilities.
• Maintain HVAC, building automation, fire suppression, security, life safety, and grounds.
• Supervise and train facilities staff.
• Prepare yearly budget estimates.
• Participate in incident reporting and emergency preparedness.
• Plan, schedule, supervise maintenance and installation of infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure code compliance.
• Lead stakeholder and vendor management; communicate effectively.
• Respond to after-hours/weekend emergencies; strong problem-solving.
• Performs other related duties as required.
