Job summary

Travel: 25%
Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with possible after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the local facilities.
Extensive knowledge of HVAC, building automation, fire suppression, security, life safety, building and grounds maintenance.
Supervise and train facilities staff.
Prepare yearly budget estimates.
Maintain files and ensure maintenance and regulatory compliance.
Respond to after-hours/weekend emergencies as needed.
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for maintenance and improvements.
