Western National Group is seeking a Facilities Manager (Maintenance Supervisor) for Ridgewood Village Apartment Homes in Orange, CA. The role focuses on supervising maintenance staff, performing skilled trades, and ensuring timely upkeep of the 135-unit community.

You will manage repairs, coordinate with vendors, and mentor the team while supporting resident satisfaction and asset preservation. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus and will earn points.

• Oversee maintenance and grounds teams and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Handle emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives.

Your Part:

As a Maintenance Supervisor or as we like to call it, a Facilities Manager , we know youre super skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You love getting your hands dirty and secretly admire MacGyver. You enjoy mentoring your team, developing new maintenance techniques and innovations, and working with outside vendors. You are detailed, organized, and know how to fix anothers mistake. You recognize the smallest fix makes the biggest difference. You have current or previous supervisory experience in property management. You know how to turn a unit like nobodys business. Like the famous Leatherman or Swiss Army Knife, your skillset is all-in-one. #MS

This position offers $29.50 to $32.50 per hour depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities, plus benefits!

What Wed Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager:

You have a minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team. Youve got a deep commitment to apply your very best in both high-energy and emergency environments. You remain calm in the face of disaster. You know a little bit about computers, namely Microsoft office and Outlook. If youve got Yardi Voyager experience, thats an extra tool in your toolbox and well give you points! You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a college degree, were impressed.
