Job summary

Slate is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and project work across our corporate and satellite office portfolio in the US. This hands-on role balances routine operational tasks with project coordination across multiple sites in Troy, MI; Chicago, IL; Phoenix, AZ; Louisville, KY; and Los Angeles, CA, including future locations.

You will lead vendor coordination, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR and Finance to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years of facilities operations experience.
• Experience managing vendors, building systems, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational needs of all corporate and satellite office facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire/life safety, and access control.
• Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program, tracking work orders and service history.
• Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and address issues.
• Serve as on-site liaison with landlords and property management teams.
