Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all mill-wide infrastructure and mechanical integrity systems, ensuring safe, reliable operation and compliance. You will lead inspection routines, preventive maintenance, and contractor activities, aligned with annual shutdown planning to minimize downtime.

The role requires API/NBIC/ASME familiarity, 5+ years in industrial maintenance, and JDE experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance, facility or mechanical integrity experience.
• Familiar with API, NBIC, ASME and boiler integrity standards.
• JDE experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mill-wide facility infrastructure and mechanical integrity programs.
• Develop and manage inspection schedules and repair planning for annual shutdown.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure QA/QC for pressure boundary repairs.
• Monitor safety, environmental compliance, and budgeting for maintenance.
