Qualifications

• Strong procurement, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing facility budgets and coordinating maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Custodial and Maintenance teams; ensure daily responsibilities are completed effectively.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors and vendors for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, and more.
• Develop operating reports and help plan and manage facility budgets.
