Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of facilities, construction, maintenance, or related management experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and building systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Supervisory and/or engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee building, grounds, utility, and equipment operations.
• Coordinate renovations, construction projects, and contractor activities.
• Develop budgets, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Facilities Department staff.
• Promote a safe environment and exceptional customer service.
