You will inspect, repair lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and building components, and perform routine maintenance. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered with a starting rate of $22.00 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Four years of experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and heating/air conditioning.
• Ability to initiate and complete work orders.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and assist in maintaining and cleaning building grounds.
• Repair and maintain physical structures of the casino.
• Replace defective electrical switches and lighting equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and repairs.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and mechanical equipment.
• Determine problems with HVAC systems and take action.
• Perform routine maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Ensure public areas are free of litter and debris.
• Maintain safety devices and work independently.
• Meet attendance guidelines and complete required training.
