Bozzuto is seeking a senior Facilities/Residential Maintenance leader in San Francisco. You will oversee maintenance operations, lead a team, and ensure timely resolution of resident service requests while upholding safety and quality. The role involves building systems expertise and coordinating vendor projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities/residential building maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with hiring and developing teams.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.
• Carpentry, drywall and painting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and model Bozzuto's standards and culture.
• Hire, develop and train technicians and associates.
• Address resident maintenance requests with timely follow-up and quality work.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Manage make-ready and turnover to enable leasing and move-ins.
• Maintain building systems, safety compliance and preventative programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and capital projects within budget.
• Coordinate 24/7 on-call coverage and staffing.
