Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience with facilities focus.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and facilities activities for efficient operation.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and contractors.
