Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers, coordinators and technicians

Responsible for the urgent and preventive maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, food service, plumbing, building, parking surfaces, and fuel distribution systems.

Assist with procurement and maintain vendor relationships for outsourced services, parts, and supplies.

Establish and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including performing regular safety audits.

Oversee repairs resulting from storage tank testing failures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
