Greaves Corporation seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities team and own building systems, safety, and vendor contracts. You will direct maintenance, negotiate licenses, and drive capital and repair projects to support critical production infrastructure.

You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, cost controls, and high standards of cleanliness and reliability. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7–10 years in facilities, building maintenance, or construction.
• 3–5 years in a management or team-lead role with direct responsibility.
• Demonstrated HVAC systems competence: rooftop units, ductless, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated electrical systems competence with escalation to licensed electrician when needed.
• Experience negotiating, managing, and holding contractors accountable.
• Strong project management: scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA safety, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead facilities team with clear expectations and accountability under LMA.
• Oversee building systems maintenance and troubleshooting with internal and licensed staff.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with licensed vendors for trades.
• Oversee janitorial operations and cleaning standards; manage schedules and inventory.
• Scope, quote, schedule, and execute repair and capital projects.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspections, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial work platforms; manage basic construction work.
• Coordinate with Operations for production-friendly scheduling and disruptions.
