Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a part of SYNNEX Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee grounds, building, and equipment. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Ideal candidates have strong procurement, negotiation, and reporting skills, with the ability to coordinate with upper management on budgets and improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent functions.
• Electrical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Oversee contractors, quotations, SLAs, budgets and operations.
• Schedule inspections and repairs with outside vendors; ensure workplace security and safety.
