Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations for the Lacey, WA facility, a 1 million square foot campus. This on-site role leads maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams, and partners with corporate leaders on policy and planning.

Responsibilities include budgeting, capital projects, inspections, and emergency response. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 5+ years in leadership and facilities roles. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, capital projects, and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial.
• Collaborate with leadership on policies, long-term planning and team development.
• Plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Work with vendors and oversee execution of contracted services.
