Job summary

Uline in Washington is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams at the Lacey branch. You will partner with corporate and branch leadership to shape facilities policies and long-term plans while overseeing budgets, capex and projects.

You will inspect sites, respond to emergencies, manage vendors, and ensure safe, compliant operations across on-site facilities in Washington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping, and CMMS.

Facilities Manager Pay from $100,000 to $150,000 per year Washington Branch 3131 Hogum Bay Road NE, Lacey, WA 98516

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experienced in plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping and Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.
