Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead our Lacey, WA warehouse operations across 1 million square feet of facilities. You will drive maintenance, security, and site operations to promote safety, efficiency, and pride in our workplace.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of leadership and facilities experience, and hands-on expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and CMMS. This is an on-site role with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience; 5+ years facilities experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping and CMMS.
• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop diverse Facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams.
• Work with Corporate and Branch leadership on Facilities policies, procedures, long-term planning and team development.
• Accurately plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Inspect buildings, sites and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Work with vendors and oversee execution of contracted services.

• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.
