Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance functions, routine and emergency, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate office moves within the facility and schedule as planned.
• Oversee delivery and installation of building equipment.
• Maintain building access control systems, including card entry and key management.
• Coordinate outside vendor/contractor services and repairs as needed.
