Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Specialist to coordinate building services across Cobb County facilities. Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for all building related issues.
• Perform general maintenance repairs/assembly or coordinate repairs for doors, windows, locks, furniture, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, installation and construction services.
• Maintain building records and prepare reports/documentation.
• Monitor and maintain building security and safe practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned
