Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five to eight years of related experience.
• Experience with Workday, purchasing, and budget reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/coordinate facilities shipping and receiving processes, including mail distribution.
• Monitor and maintain building security and safe practices.
• Coordinate/oversee equipment maintenance within assigned facilities; provide access as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for unit management housed within facilities.
• Manage work order system and related records for building maintenance, equipment and security.
• Utilize event management system to plan and approve events and provide tours to potential customers.
