CBRE Facilities Manager in Missouri leads a hands-on team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of facilities. You will drive service excellence, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with clients in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees, train staff, conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan and manage daily activities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Coordinate facility repairs with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues.
• Oversee capital projects and operating budgets.
