Facilities Manager (Government Project)

Islandwide | Permanent | Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary: $6,000 to $7,000 Monthly

Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for all services, ensuring proper contract administration and management.
  2. Oversee maintenance of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) services.
  3. Supervise and manage the technical team, including external subcontractors.
  4. Handle operational issues, including troubleshooting, manpower allocation, and documentation.
  5. Monitor project work progress and status.
  6. Track KPIs to ensure compliance with performance frameworks.
  7. Ensure compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and provide guidance on health and safety matters.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or Building.
  • Minimum of 5 years in facilities management.
