Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Master Planner Scheduler for Federal Facilities to coordinate maintenance work using the Maximo EAM system, develop work plans, and ensure timely execution.

Under limited supervision, you will analyze work requests, create schedules, manage parts, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This exempt role requires 3–5 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems.
• Proficient in written and oral communication, with strong English skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently utilize the Maximo EAM system for work order entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze incoming work orders, prioritize tasks, and assign them to teams.
• Create weekly and daily schedules for maintenance activities, considering resources and deadlines.
• Ensure parts and supplies are available for planned maintenance, and manage inventory.
• Maintain PM checklists, schedules, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors, production staff, and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Identify recurring maintenance problems and implement improvements to streamline processes.
• Monitor KPIs for the maintenance department and identify areas for improvement.
• Run and revise daily reports, including forecasting data, logistics, and inventory costs.
• Interact with internal and external customers to facilitate and schedule work requirements.
