• Manage projects and oversee staff and contractors to meet timelines and specs.
• Draft construction drawings and utility plans.
• Attend meetings, conferences and training classes as necessary.
• Research and gather data on projects to enter in databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Prepare various management reports.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
