Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• 5+ years of industry experience in corporate, third party service provider, or consultancy.
• Strong leadership and management skills overseeing technical and administrative staff.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMMS systems; budget development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in implementing short and long-term client goals and projects.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and boost productivity.
• Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead facilities staff to deliver service levels within budget.
• Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets with client involvement.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting per client record-keeping policies.
• Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, forecasts, and variance reports.
