Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise maintenance and repair work for facilities.
• Oversee grounds upkeep and equipment repairs at the Adult Detention Facility in Lincoln.
• Prepare bid specifications and monitor projects for compliance with specifications.
• Supervise supervisory, trades and support staff; ensure security procedures.
