Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and support construction activities by reviewing designs and overseeing contractor work.
  • Inspect facilities and ensure adherence to standards and documents.
  • Advise maintenance staff and supervise inmate work crews.
  • Create and implement maintenance policies to support safety and efficiency.
  • Travel to facilities for progress inspections and ensure project completion.
  • Analyze mechanical issues and plan for future maintenance needs.
