Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services seeks a Manager Facilities to oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of a 24x7 semiconductor manufacturing facility and related systems at our Andover site.

You will lead cross-functional teams in cleanroom design, HVAC, water treatment, environmental controls, and facility engineering, delivering PM programs and energy-efficient improvements while ensuring safety, compliance, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience
• 5+ years in cleanroom design, HVAC, process utilities, and environmental controls
• Proven project management experience including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, and maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, cleanrooms, water treatment, gas distribution, compressed air, process cooling water, waste treatment, exhaust, electrical)
• Maintain ISO 14644 cleanroom environments (temperature, humidity, contamination)
• Oversee tool installation projects aligned with semiconductor requirements and safety codes (NFPA)
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards and company policies
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and longevity of systems
• Lead troubleshooting of complex semiconductor facility issues
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations
• Provide technical guidance and project leadership to trades teams
• Conduct capacity planning and allocate resources for current and future production
• Identify energy-efficient and sustainable solutions to lower costs and environmental impact
• Generate detailed project plans, budgets, and reports for senior management review
• Stay current with advances in semiconductor facility engineering best practices
