Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field.
• 5–10 years of facilities, maintenance, or construction management experience.
• Experience in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations at Bedford and Wilmington sites.
• Manage maintenance programs and reliability of HVAC, cleanroom systems, and utilities.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure work meets safety and documentation standards.
