Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities/industrial maintenance plus a 2-year degree or equivalent.
• HVAC mechanics: 5+ years with large chillers and environmental-control systems.
• Active California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation of HVAC units, pumps, scrubbers and related equipment per manuals and specs.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facilities equipment.
• Lead safety compliance and support predictive/preventative maintenance and small projects.
• Lifting 40–50 lbs required.
