Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Worker in Oregon to maintain the property, operate heavy equipment, and assist with irrigation systems and waste pumping.

The role requires 1–3 years gardening/landscaping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read plans and follow instructions. A valid Oregon driver license and Class I Gaming License eligibility are needed. This is an on‑site, full‑time position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years gardening or landscaping experience.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Analytical/mathematics skills are essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Current Oregon driver license and UIDC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and landscaping of the property and operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on heavy equipment.
• Interpret irrigation and landscaping designs and apply proper chemical mix ratios and horticulture practices.
• Draw, read, and implement irrigation plans and landscape designs.
• Read and implement design plans; operate tractors, sweepers, mowers, hedgers and other equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Diagnose fungi and insect issues; determine mix ratios of herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizers.
• Assist with pumping of waste.
