Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilities maintenance team at our cannabis cultivation and processing sites. You will oversee maintenance operations, implement preventative maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety and efficiency across the plant.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, inspecting equipment and infrastructure, coordinating repairs, and managing PM schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility maintenance in regulated environments (cannabis, pharma, food).
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Black Seal Certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience in cannabis cultivation/processing facility desired.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance team activities and ensure timely work orders.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for optimal performance.
• Oversee repairs of equipment, systems, and structures.
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems for functionality.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventories.
