Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise staff and contractors; assist in hiring and evaluations.
• Develop custodial training to keep staff current with methods and safety procedures.
• Manage custodial programs, inspections, and continuous improvement for facility operations.
• Prepare cost estimates, order supplies, and maintain tool/equipment inventories.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes, and budget conformance.
