Job summary

Applitrack seeks a Manager of Custodial/Maintenance Services to oversee all building and grounds operations across the school district. Reporting to the School Business Administrator, the role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment supportive of educational goals.

The ideal candidate will hold a facilities management degree, a Certified Educational Facility Manager certificate, and a NJ Black Seal Boiler License, with at least five years in facilities leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Certified Educational Facility Manager Certificate required/preferred.
• NJ Black Seal Boiler License in progress or obtained.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and custodial/maintenance best practices.
