Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years experience in heating, cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Appointees must possess a current Black Seal Boiler Operator License (high or low pressure) issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
• Driver's license required only if operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, analyze, and determine cleaning work and materials needed.
• Supervise custodial staff and lead in cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Monitor and maintain floors, desks, fixtures, and furniture.
• Oversee heating/ventilation equipment operation and safety.
