Job summary

Mach Industries is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities and supporting infrastructure. You will manage preventative maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and supervise contractors to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities/operations within industrial or manufacturing settings, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing facilities, maintenance, construction, or operations in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or technical environments.
• Experience overseeing facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and general building infrastructure.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, work orders, and vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to facility issues in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, utilities, and operational systems.
• Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and construction projects.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Monitor facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure.
• Maintain permits and compliance records required for facility operations.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Develop facility procedures, checklists, and accountability systems to support day-to-day operations.
