Marvin Engineering designs and produces military Alternate Mission Equipment. Marvin Test Solutions designs and manufactures armament Test Equipment. Marvin Land Systems specializes in the design and build of power and thermal management systems. is searching for an experienced Facilities Engineer /Maintenance Manager. The Client supports all branches of the Department of Defense and allies around the globe on an array of programs and platforms. They support many of the larger military prime contractors. We are looking for a Manager Facilities Maintenance.
The Maintenance Facilities Manager (MFM) establishes and executes maintenance programs and Repairs that control and maintain the facility posture for the business. The MM reports to the Director of Facilities and together they implement the necessary infrastructure maintenance to ensure a safe and productive environment. The MFM requires strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. The MFM will interface professionally with various internal groups, customers, and other external personnel to effectively perform their duties.
