Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and facility maintenance with hands-on trade skills and leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance and regular inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead hurricane and emergency preparedness planning.
• Maintain records of repairs, warranties, assets and punch lists.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize urgent issues.
• Manage housekeeping oversight and inventory of supplies.
• Supervise facilities staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate with departments to meet building, equipment and appliance needs.
