Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, facility maintenance, or HVAC.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of technicians to minimize unplanned interruptions to services.
• Manage scheduling, forecasting, and safety controls in operations.
• Plan and resource projects based on site needs and operation requests.
• Review work instructions and outcomes to improve efficiency and quality of work.
• Assess resource needs and lifecycle costs for support projects.
• Oversee on-site contractors for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and water systems to meet standards.
• Manage preventative maintenance across sites and set priorities for major repairs or replacements.
• Track KPIs such as safety, quality, labor trends, and operating expenses for the team and leadership.
• Provide on-call 24/7 support for facility-related troubleshooting and emergencies.
