Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, facility maintenance, or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of technicians to ensure zero unplanned interruptions in services to employees and customers.
• Manage scheduling and forecasting with a focus on safety, reliability, and cost control.
• Plan, resource, and execute projects with site leadership to improve processes and efficiency.
• Review and improve work instructions and execution quality within the work center.
• Oversee life-cycle maintenance, including major repairs and replacements.
• Manage contractors for on-site facilities work to meet standards and deliver services.
• Track KPIs such as safety, quality, labor trends, and operating expenses for leadership.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for facility-related troubleshooting.
